I didn't have much time today, I have to work this afternoon. I decided that a quick interval work out would be the way to go. These are getting easier and easier. I am sure that this has nothing to do with sprints being my choice when choosing running events. Today I was on for 22.41 mins and went 1.562 miles. I did 1 minute intervals this time starting at 5 MPH and working up to 8 MPH (I only made it 30 seconds on this one, I was trying to hit 1.5 at 22 min.)
