In honor of full disclosure I am posting a starting point photo.
Today I did some cross training. I did the Biggest Loser 2 Workout. It has a customizable feature where you can pick your sections. I did the following:
- Warm Up 5 minutes
- Functional Flexibility 10 minutes
- Power Sculpt Boot Camp 15 minutes
- CardioMax women 10 min
- Cool Down 5 minutes
